Our standard production time is 5 business days, however if you need it sooner we offer the following Fast Track production options:
- 4 business days: Surcharge: $30 or 15% of your subtotal applies
- 3 business days: Surcharge: $40 or 25% of your subtotal applies
Delivery time
Delivery time to your postcode is estimated by AusPost Express and is added to the production time to determine your estimated delivery date
The AusPost Express delivery fee is $9.90 nationwide
Note: Production times are longer for some highly customisable products such as honour boards, personalised ribbons &
custom ribbons (all 2 weeks production), custom medals, coins & lapel pins (all 6 weeks production). If a product does have
a longer production time than standard, it will be detailed on the product page

Any loss or damage to your order that occurs during transportation.
Is late delivery covered by Freight Protection?
Delivery after the estimated delivery date is not covered by Freight Protection.
Delivery timeframes are estimated by AusPost and based on the Express Post network guidelines.
Muliple delivery locations for a single order attract a $5 freight protection fee per additional location.

What is a Handling Fee and what does it cover?
At Awards And Trophies, we treat every single order with the same level of creativity and care, regardless of its size or value. Rather than impose minimum order levels, we apply a handling fee to small orders to ensure we can deliver exceptional customer service and the highest product quality every time.
This is an additional fee to delivery.
How much are Handling Fees?
FREE for orders over $30
$6.00 for orders $20 - $30
$10.00 for orders under $20
The Handling Fee is charged once per order, not to each individual product in an order.
