Production & delivery options explained
We offer a range of production speeds to suit every deadline - from flexible lead times for planning ahead, through to priority options for urgent orders.
ALL production options include Express delivery. You simply choose how fast we produce your awards.
Our delivery calculator shows estimated arrival dates, which combine production time and shipping to your postcode, so you can confidently choose the option that best suits your deadline and budget.
Standard production (default option)
Our standard production timeframe is 5 business days and suits most orders. Express shipping is $15.90.
It offers the best balance between speed and cost.
Longer lead time production
If your order isn’t urgent, our longer lead options allow you to plan ahead and reward you with reduced shipping costs.
- Saver production: 6 business days production with express shipping reduced to $12.90
- Best value (flexible) production: 7 or more business days production with express shipping reduced to $9.90.
Priority production
Priority options move your order to the front of the production queue. A surcharge applies which includes shipping fees.
- Fast Production: 4 business days production: $40 or 20% of your order total (whichever is greater)
- Fastest Production: 3 business days production: $50 or 30% of your order total (whichever is greater).
Pricing is calculated at checkout once your order total is confirmed.
Freight protection
Freight protection is available to cover loss or damage during transit. The cost varies with the size of your shipment but is typically less than the price of a cup of coffee.
Late delivery is NOT covered by Freight Protection. We advise you to choose our Faster Production options for tight deadlines.
In-store pick up
In-store pick up is available from our Milton (Brisbane) facility during business hours.
You'll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection.
Priority production options are available for pick up orders, using the same timelines and surcharges listed above.
* Production times are longer for some highly customisable products including honour boards, personalised ribbons & custom ribbons, custom medals, coins & lapel pins.
All products with extended production times will have this clearly noted on the relevant product page.
