4 business days:        Surcharge: $30 or 15% of your order total, whichever is greater (currently unavailable)

3 business days:        Surcharge: $40 or 25% of your order total, whichever is greater (currently unavailable)

Freight Protection

Freight protection is offered to cover loss or damage during transit. The cost varies with the size of your shipment but is typically less than the price of a cup of coffee.

Late delivery is NOT covered by Freight Protection.  We advise you to choose Fast Track** options for tight deadlines.

In-store pick up

You can collect your order after 5 business days (from our facility in Milton, Brisbane) during opening hours.  We'll send you an SMS notification as soon as your order is ready.

If you need it sooner, we offer Fast Track** production options - timings & surcharges listed above.

* Production times are longer for some highly customisable products such as honour boards, personalised ribbons & custom ribbons (all 2 weeks production), custom medals, coins & lapel pins (all 6 weeks production). If a product does have a longer production time than standard, it will be detailed on the product page
