What is covered by Freight Protection? Any loss or damage to your order that occurs during transportation.
Is late delivery covered by Freight Protection? Delivery after the estimated delivery date is not covered by Freight Protection. Delivery timeframes are estimated by AusPost and based on the Express Post network guidelines.

What is a Handling Fee and what does it cover? At Awards And Trophies, we treat every single order with the same level of creativity and care, regardless of its size or value. Rather than impose minimum order levels, we apply a handling fee to small orders to ensure we can deliver exceptional customer service and the highest product quality every time. This is an additional fee to delivery.
How much are Handling Fees? FREE for orders over $30$6.00 for orders $20 - $30$10.00 for orders under $20 The Handling Fee is charged once per order, not to each individual product in an order.
